3. Response to DMCA Notices

We will notify the user who posted the material in question and provide them with the opportunity to respond with a counter-notification as outlined above.
If a counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the material unless the original complainant files a court action against the alleged infringer within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification.
4. Repeat Infringers
